What types of knives do you sharpen?

We sharpen a variety of knives including Chef's, Paring, Bread, Japanese, Cleavers, Steak, Filet, Boning, Hunting, Fishing, and Pocket knives.

What knives don't you sharpen?

The items we don't sharpen include Straight Razors, Swords, Meat Slicers, Plinking Shears, Scissors, Daggers, Tweezers, Gardening Tools, Chisels, Double-Serrated knives, Saw Blades, Chainsaw Blades and Knife Blanks.

What is longest Blade you Sharpen?

We don't sharpen anything over 14 inches long (total knife length including the handle) due to shipping constraints.
